Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 

Because of the low cost of our products and the logistics of international shipping, we do not require you to physically ship the item back to us. To start a return, simply contact us at silvestrefuentesalejandro@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged or defective, photos of the issue. Once your return is approved, no return shipment is necessary.

 

Refunds: once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions: unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As explained above, we do not require you to ship the item back to us — simply contact us at silvestrefuentesalejandro@gmail.com within that period and we will process your refund.
